In rare cases, your pre-order is not guarantee due to the following but not limited to:

• The manufacturer announces that the items have either been discontinued or cancelled.

• Our distributors are unable to allocate quantities due to the exclusivity nature of the items.

• The items that you have pre-ordered have arrived to us damaged, we cannot get replacement box and are no longer available for re-order.

If/when the scenario above happened, we will notify and will be happy to provide you with a full refund.
